SAE Scholarships

A full-tuition scholarship for domestic students applying for a Bachelor’s Degree commencing in 2025 in a full-time or part-time study capacity.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must meet SAE’s Entry Requirements
• Applicants must agree to SAE’s Scholarship Policy
• Applicants must be new commencing students who have not previously studied with SAE
• Applicants must be 17 years of age turning 18 in the first year of study or older
• Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.

$10,000 Partial Tuition Scholarships for high achieving Year 12 domestic students applying for a Bachelor’s Degree commencing in 2025 studying full time.

Grants Available: 1 per campus location.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must meet SAE’s Entry Requirements
• Applicants must agree to SAE’s Scholarship Policy
• Applicants must be new commencing students who have not previously studied with SAE
• Applicants must be 17 years of age turning 18 in the first year of study or older
• Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Applicants must have completed year 12.

Destination Australia is an Australian Government initiative offering up to $15,000 (AUD) per year of study to eligible students (up to $45k total).

You may be eligible for the Destination Australia Scholarship if you’re:

• A domestic or international student (with a valid visa) currently in Australia
• Living in the Northern Rivers region for the duration of your studies
• Commencing full-time study in any on-campus course at SAE Byron Bay in 2024

Our Master of Creative Industries scholarship provides full tuition for domestic postgraduate students, taking the financial pressure off so you can focus on what you do best — creating.

Selection Criteria & Entry Requirements:

• A 250-word statement for “How will studying the SAE Master of Creative Industries help advance your career & achieve your creative goals?”
• A link to your online work portfolio to support your application.

Who can apply?

• Domestic students enrolled to study full-time or part-time at SAE in May 2024.
• Applicants must meet Postgraduate Entry Requirements
