How it works
Apply before the published closing date for your commencing trimester and submit a written response outlining how the bursary would support your success in an SAE Online undergraduate course.
Once approved, your bursary will be paid directly to your bank account after the census date of each trimester, based on the number of units you are enrolled in.
In your application, you will need to include:
- A 250–500 word statement that answers this statement: “Outline how a $3,000 SAE Online Readiness Bursary would support your success in an SAE Online undergraduate course, including any relevant financial hardship, accessibility or equity considerations, academic readiness, and online study resource needs.”
- Supporting documentation may also be requested by SAE Admissions.
Eligibility criteria
At the time you submit your application, you must be:
- A new student commencing an eligible SAE Online undergraduate course in the relevant trimester
- A domestic student (living in Australia)
- Applied for, received an offer for, or accepted a place in an eligible SAE Online undergraduate course
- Enrolled in a minimum 30 credit points in your commencing trimester.
