Sydney Lecturer takes out Best Game at Sydney Game Jam

27 Feb 2014

SAE Sydney Interactive Technologies Lecturer, Andrew Kurniawan, and his team have taken out Best Game at the 2014 Game Jam Sydney for their game ‘Super Puppet Master’.

‘Super Puppet Master’ is a Cooperative Puzzle Platform, where instead of each player controlling a different avatar, they are controlling different abilities of the same single avatar. To make things even more interesting, each round the abilities are shuffled between players.

‘Super Puppet Master’ was created as part of the Global Game Jam, an annual event that takes place simultaneously in more than 140 locations around the world. Each team is given 48 hours to create a game from scratch, based around a top-secret brief released at the start of the event.

Congratulations to Andrew K. and his team!
