Surf Documentary highlights Queensland talent

11 Apr 2014

As Tropical Cyclone Hadi was peaking in far North Queensland this year, Noosa was reaping the benefits of the irregular weather patterns. Widely known as one of the best longboarding locations, SAE Film graduate Kieran Harris was there to capture the footage for MS Surfboards.

“It was a personal project that I had been wanting to make for a while and finally the weather gods aligned, delivering some amazing waves,” says Kieran.

MS Surfboards owner Mitch Surman took his team of grommets to the big waves to show off their surfing skills and have a bit of fun in the wild weather.

Surman explains his MS Surfboards company ethos of why they customise each surfboard to suit the client. “We make boards to suit their style. We’re here to get people out on the water, being the best that they can.”
