What our students say about the tour
“My time in Berlin has significantly influenced my creative, professional, and personal growth. Witnessing how art has emerged from deep historical trauma was profoundly transformative. The experience reshaped my creative outlook, helping me embrace the value of being bold outspoken and authentically myself.”
“The Berlin Tour helped me reconnect with my artistry, my vision and my purpose. I especially loved connecting with each and every person I met through this once and a lifetime experience. I am so grateful to have been apart of this trip and look forward to returning again.”
“I feel the tour effectively met each goal. Everything we did, as a group or separately, was reflected upon thoroughly and thoughtfully. By meeting our own personal goals we were able to expand our own knowledge and experience and apply what we learnt to our future goals and creative responses. All of us can effectively discuss the trip and the impact it impressed upon us too.”
“Looking back at this experience I’m so glad I took the jump and played. It was seriously out of my comfort zone, but I ended up making so many networks with different DJs and even event organisers. I can happily now put on my DJ resume that, yes, I’ve played in Berlin too!”
“For me, I took a lot away from the people I met on this trip. I made new friendships, met people with similar disciplines and interests. I mainly took away from them a new perspective that most of the time when you feel nervous or are stepping outside of your comfort zone, other people are doing that too and a lot of the time we’re all in the same boat.”
