Creative and technology careers fuelled by Industry Partnerships

Our extensive industry connections ensure you graduate with the latest industry skills and have one-of-a-kind work placement opportunities, like working backstage at BIGSOUND and CARRIAGEWORKS or mentoring with organisations like FIN VFX and Very Short Film Festival.
With 50 years of creative media & technology education, and campuses in 20 countries, we’re wired into industry like no one else.
We constantly refine our courses to meet professional standards – our Industry Advisory Panel (working practitioners from the field) actively shape course structure, assessments, graduate capabilities and required technology.

Industry experience

Work placement

Every bachelors degree includes 80 hours of work placement, designed for students to put their skills into action and start building an industry network while they study.

To help students get the most out of work placement opportunities, our campus-based Industry Learning Partners helps source and facilitate meaningful placements.

Through our exclusive industry partnerships, SAE students have the opportunity to work with some of Australia’s largest and well-respected creative businesses.
