Have you studied previously?

Yes, Diploma of Photography and Photoimaging.

What do you enjoy most about Film?

It is a very hands-on course, I learn by doing and that’s why I chose to study at SAE. I like that in the first two trimesters you learn about every area of film from cinematography, editing, screenwriting to directing. Then you can really figure out what direction you want to go in the film industry and build up your portfolio in that area while studying.

Can you share the projects you have worked on?

I have worked on a short silent film in Trimester 1, a title sequence and music video in Trimester 2, a TVC in Trimester 3, a documentary in Trimester 4, and a drama in Trimester 5.

My major project for Trimester 6 is what I am most proud of, I feel like everything I have learned over the past two years was put into practice. For my major, I made two music videos and I did cinematography work on other students’ major projects.
