Thejaswi Padmanabha is the department coordinator for design and games at SAE Sydney.

Thejaswi is an experienced programmer with over 15 years of experience teaching in Higher Education programmes in Australia, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, UAE. He has been with SAE since 2014. Prior to this, he has been leading academic programmes at Southern Cross University and Victoria University in Hong Kong.

A keen developer, Thejaswi has actively contributed from Games Development to Mobile Apps Development to Machine Learning. He has actively contributed in the past to various open-source projects including Google APIs and Moodle. He was an advisor to the implementation of the project under the Quality Enhancement Scheme of the Hong Kong government in 2009.

He was actively involved with Higher Education Accreditation and Transnational Higher Education programmes in Hong Kong and was frequently a panel member for various accreditation exercises by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications since 2007. He was also one of the founding members of the British Computer Society (Hong Kong Chapter) Mentorship Programme.
